Now in our 31st year, the Kennekuk Road Runners was started in 1977 by a handful of members and has progressed from a club of humble beginnings to a nationally known club with over 900 members.

Recently our local Kickapoo State Park has been received a reprieve from the Governor's directed reprieve, however we continue to watch the situation closely as we must plan our events MANY months in advance.

At the time of the planning of our regularly scheduled March race, the future of Kickapoo was still in doubt so we have created the new Kennekuk Road Runner Soaring Eagle on March 21st on a totally new course at Kennekuk Cove County Park.  Click here for complete details.
